(1)Cancellation after product delivery

We will only accept orders if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・Opened and used products
・Products received more than 7 days ago
・Products that have scratches or stains at the customer's disposal
・Package (case) Products without
・Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and rings


(3) If the product has an obvious defect or is the wrong product, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. If you do not like the product, or if you wish to return or exchange it due to the customer's convenience, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

(4) If the order is canceled due to the customer's convenience for orders with a total price of 50,000 yen or more including tax, (regardless of whether you agree)
